This Lixada mug has double titanium walls (with a gap between them) to provide insulation from the heat and help the drink stay hotter longer.

Why use a double wall mug?

Titanium material used in cups have some nice properties.

e.g:

Lightweight
Strength and durability
Corrosion resistance
Lack of metallic taste (compared with aluminium)

But it has the downside of rapid thermal conduction which makes a titanium mug uncomfortable to hold and drink hot liquids from.
